Our online booking works on real time availability which means you can make a secure booking anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that next day arrival bookings can only be made online up to 5pm on the day prior to arrival, to make a next day arrival booking after this time you will need to contact us.
There are four stages or 'steps' to making an online booking.
Step 1: Apartment Services - Here is where you can choose bed configuration and key pickup options
Step 2: Your Details - Here is where you supply name and address details (we have a UK postcode finder tool to speed things up)
Step 3: Confirm Details - This provides you with a booking summary
Step 4: Pay Online - This is where you can pay the total cost using our secure server or pay a 15% deposit if your arrival date is more than 28 days in the future.
Once you have completed the booking process a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified in the booking process. The deposit confirmation email will be a short summary of the booking details and will advise the balance due date and amount. A reminder email will be sent 7 days prior to the balance due date with a link to the secure payment area.
Please note: Users with Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL accounts may find the confirmation emails in their Spam folder.
Once the full payment or balance is paid then a full confirmation email will be sent with the apartment address and checkin/key collection details. If you choose to register the booking details will remain accessible 24/7 via the Manage My Booking area (see Register Your Details Below)
During the booking procedure you will be given the option to register your details, our system will store your information (this is only for our use) this will enable you to use the 'manage your booking' function on our website and will speed up the process for future bookings.
Our unique 'manage your booking' function will enable you to login at anytime and pay balances or to have monthly instalments set up to enable you to spread the cost of your booking.
Accommodation is probably the most expensive part of any trip or holiday.
With this in mind The Edinburgh Apartment has developed within the 'manage your booking' function the option to have the balance of the booking spread over equal monthly payments, provided there is enough time available and the final payment is made 1 month prior to arrival. An email reminder will be sent to you on the instalment due date.
