This cosy, well equipped apartment sits just below Edinburgh Castle, a view of which can be had from the private patio. There is also a lovely shared garden with bench just above the patio.

This apartment offers the rare combination of stepping out of the front door into the heart of the city, and through the patio doors into a tranquil outdoor space.

The apartment is in the heart of the vibrant, famous Grassmarket with its lively nightlife and cosmopolitan selection of restaurants, street cafés and pubs, offering plenty of choice during the day and late into the night.


It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to Waverley Station and Princes Street, and even closer to the Royal Mile. It would be difficult to find a more perfectly located apartment.

There is a long-stay car park on Castle Terrace nearby or short stay pay & display in the Grass Market area. Free parking on Sundays.
