SERVICED
We have set minimum standards that our guests can expect while staying at our apartments. All our apartments have a fully equipped and functional kitchen with at least an oven and / or microwave, a fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and washing up facilities and many of our apartments exceed this minimum requirement. All bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment. We offer a maid service with a change of bed linen and towels every 4 days. We are happy to
meet specific requests for a maid service with either less or more frequency. The apartments have digital television; ideal for quick updates on the news or to entertain the kids for a short spell. The apartments have broadband access; ideal ‘to google’ places to visit or things to do.
LUXURY OF SPACE
Our serviced apartments offer much more than can be provided by a hotel room or a Bed & Breakfast accommodation. When staying at our apartments the minimum you can expect during your stay is your own private bedroom, shower room or bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. When visiting Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, there is so much to do in the city and its surroundings– a serviced apartment, with the luxury of space, is ideal to lay your hat when taking a break from the sights and sounds of the city.
FLEXIBILITY
The apartment is yours to enjoy for as long as you have booked the apartment, whether staying for 1 night, 1 week or more. At our apartments you are free to come and go as you please without the familiar Bed & Breakfast daytime exclusions and curfews. The apartments’ open doors to endless opportunity; you may simply want to lay your hat there in between excursions, or you may wish to entertain friends and family in the lovely setting of the apartment where you are staying.

Our apartments can offer all the benefits of service expected from a hotel without the hustle and bustle of a hotels public areas. We set ourselves apart from the crowd by taking pride in offering a highly personal service to all our guests. You will be welcomed and greeted personally on arrival at the apartment where we will show you the apartment and orientate you with the surroundings. When settled into the apartment we leave you with our contact details which we can be contacted on 24/7. Our concierge service provides a helping hand to share our knowledge of the city and its services. To make the most of your stay at the apartment contact our concierge with special requests, for example, guided tours, caterers if you want a change from restaurants, dry cleaning services…...
VALUE FOR MONEY
We offer apartments with an exceptional service and a high standard of furnishing: each apartment has a minimum of 5 private, fully furnished and equipped areas. The space available to our guests means that our rates are significantly less than a hotel room, and far greater value than a Bed & Breakfast accommodation. While our rates vary according to apartment and season, a reasonable guide is to consider our apartments at a rate of £35.00 per person per night, although this is often less but sometimes more.
