This is the biggest performing arts festival for children and young people in the UK, annually offering around 75 performances for 3 to 14 year olds and attracting a total audience of over 10,000. A variety of Edinburgh venues is employed for the festival and around 14 production companies from the UK and abroad ensures a wide range of stimulating entertainment. The aim of the event is to promote and develop the performing arts for children and young people in Scotland and also to provide an unrivalled opportunity for schoolchildren, parents and teachers from outside.
