Surfing

Believe it or not, surfing is a thriving sport in Scotland with more and more people taking to the scottish surf (due in part to the arrival of the 5mm wet suit).  Pease Bay on the east coast is a popular surfing destination only about an hour's drive from Edinburgh, as well as Coldingham Bay just a little further on.
