The quietly located bedroom at the rear of the property has a 4-poster king size bed, hairdryer & alarm clock.

Terms & Conditions
Payment:
Payment will be due from 4 weeks before the Arrival Date for normal bookings, 6 weeks before for Festival, Christmas & Hogmanay bookings.
We also require a returnable deposit of £200 against damage etc.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, guests are requested to let us know as soon as possible. If this occurs within 28 days of the arrival date, full payment will be due unless we are able to re-let the apartment for your booking period.
Departure:
Departure time is usually by 11am on the day of departure.
Reminders and Further Terms & Conditions:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
We will ask for a £200 deposit (as above) against damage etc, which will be returnable within a week of departure. Our experience is that all our guests act responsibly and take good care of the property, however reimbursement will be sought for any wilful or serious damage or loss sustained as a result of your stay or any accidental damage or loss above a cost of £10. A copy of the inventory is available at the apartment.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 adults. You must not exceed this capacity nor entertain more than 4 additional guests at any one time without prior agreement with the Owner. You must also consult the Owner if you wish to use the apartment for any business or commercial activity.
A charge of £20 will be payable if you lock yourself out of the apartment and require the owner to give you re-entry, plus a further charge of £20 per set for any loss of keys.
We advise you to take out your own travel insurance cover against cancellation, personal possessions etc.
