This is a beautiful contemporary garden apartment which has the advantage of being located in a quiet residential area yet on the doorstep of a main bus route direct to the city centre (10 minutes to city centre).  The area of Newington has its own shops, bars and restaurants which are only a short stroll away from the apartment. The apartment has been well furnished and decorated creating a lovely base while staying in Edinburgh.  The garden has outdoor furniture where you can sit back and relax, and while you are relaxing there is also plenty of space for the children to play in the garden. Due to the quiet residential setting of this apartment and to respect the neighbouring properties access to the garden is only available until 10pm.
