Centrally located and situated only a quarter of a mile from the world famous Edinburgh Castle.  The Quartermile Apartment provides an oasis of calm within Scotlands's vibrant & beautiful capital city. Whether you require private accommodation whilst relocating, are on a short business trip or simply visiting as a tourist, this apartment can provide a welcome change from the traditional hotel experience.

Situated within Edinburgh's most exciting architectural development, the apartment is situated on the second floor of the iconic Veridian Building which overlooks Middle Meadow Walk. Designed by Sir Norman Foster & partners, the Veridian Building is a striking seven storey contemporary structure which redefines modern urban living. Clad in slate coloured aluminium which complements the nearby revitalised Grade B listed former medical blocks of Edinburgh, the building features full width glass walls providing a panoramic view across to the distant Sailsbury Crags.

Inside, a sense of space created by a logical layout ensures a relaxed and airy environment, and this is matched by the superb attention to detail in the fittings: a bespoke kitchen with reconstituted stone worktops and high spec appliances make preparation of meals a real pleasure.  Meanwhile, the bathroom is beautifully finished in stone coloured tiles and comes equipped with both deep fill bath and Hans Grohe shower.

The living room, kitchen & hallway enjoy stylish solid bamboo flooring, and the sitting room itself is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy the plasma TV with DVD and Sky TV.  Music is provided by a Ministry of Sound CD player / IPod docking station (selection of easy listening CDs provided).

The dining area can accommodate four people comfortably to dine, and doubles up as a great workstation from where you can benefit from the complementary Wi-Fi internet broadband access whilst enjoying the view.

A restful sleep is assured in the luxurious bedroom which comes equipped with a Plasma TV/DVD/CD player with Digital reception. The bedroom has ample wardrobe storage, and is fitted with a room safe.

MID SEASON - up to 30% discount applied on standard rate
April, May, June

HIGH SEASON - up to 20% discount applied on standard rate
July, August, September
